So some of what we did in the Philippines first we stayed at the YWAM base Olongapo. And that base is set up for other YWAM teams to come and do outreach and for girls to come and stay and be disciples instead of what they were doing which is working in the bars ( door girl, dancer, talking to customers and prostitution )
So what we did when we where there-
-We help/ministered to the kids/teens on base.
-We made friends/showed God’s love to the girls on base.
-Went out and did street evan and prayed for people.
-One day we went to a street kids Church thing (not sure what the place was for sure) did worship, prayed for all of them, then we stayed around and got to play/hang out with them.
-There was another church we got to go to and speak/do worship/pray for people.
-Hiked for 1 ½ hour to get to a tribal village got to spend half a day there speaking/worship playing with the kids.
-At night we would go out to the bar areas and some people would prayer walk around it and other people would go in to the bars and talk to the girls, form friendships, get to know them, and if they are open talk about Jesus.
-One day we did a 24 hour prayer room for the Philippines and the people there.
That is what we did in a nutshell one thing that was awesome six days after our team got there a YWAM team from New Zealand got there and we got to do a lot of things together which was amazing. And when we were there (the last day) we did a “party” for the bar girls(the night before we went out to invite them) super cool time to just chill and talk with them. But one girl decided to leave the bar and come live on base!! Praise God!
